The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Job Title:
Customer Support Co-Ordinator (Dairy Division)

Location:
Peterborough or Sherburn - Hybrid/Predominantly Home Based role

Are you organised with effective administration and customer service skills? Can you build great relationships with internal departments, external customers and hauliers? This varied role will involve coordinating our KW Animal Feed orders proactively and working closely with the blends sites, hauliers and internal departments such as product specialists, sales and trading.

Due to the nature of this business area and working with raw materials, you will need to be quite process oriented with the ability to collaborate well with other teams with an understanding of our pricing and contract agreements (full training provided).

What you'll be doing:

Process customer enquiries, orders and change requests accurately and efficiently.
Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls into the customer service department, actioning both internal and external enquiries within agreed SLA's.
Work collaboratively with your team members to improve answered call percentage, offering a proactive response to all calls.
Effectively process order requirements, anticipating and resolving potential issues including achieving our 10 day preemption target with effective notes.
Update contract information, monthly product pricing and amendments accurately and ensure we adhere to trading controls.
Accurate recording and actions of customer usage and frequencies, maintaining the company's AX and CRM database and keeping customer details up to date.
To ensure effective communication with customers, operations, distribution and commercial teams with an understanding of commercial impact to the business and our customers.
Handle and own complaints in accordance with company procedures and implement preventative actions.

What you'll bring:

Practical customer service experience with a positive approach and the ability to empathise and understand our customers needs.
Good commercial awareness with great attention to detail.
Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally, with the ability to build effective relationships with other specialist teams in the business.
Good organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
Computer literate with excel, word and outlook.
Previous experience working within logistics, animal feed or agriculture would be beneficial but by no means essential.
A genuine desire to learn and a positive attitude.
