We combine premium service, advanced security, and smart automation to deliver broadband customers can genuinely trust. We have already secured key partnerships, early grant support, and have SEIS advance assurance for our upcoming seed round. The foundations are solid, and now we are looking for the right people to help take Fibeo to the next stage.

    The Opportunity

    This is not a typical role. It is a chance to be part of building something truly exceptional from the ground up. We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking individuals to take board director positions on a sweat equity basis. This is not a salaried role and does not require full-time hours, but it is a unique opportunity to shape a company that combines premium service with advanced technology, with the potential for significant financial upside in the future.

    You will be part of a team creating a broadband provider that genuinely puts people first, with the chance to influence every aspect of the business, from strategy and operations to growth, financial planning, and risk management. Key responsibilities will be defined once the founding team is confirmed, but everyone will contribute to meaningful work and decisions that move the company forward.
