Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Apasen to help them recruit for a new Compliance Assurance Officer to join their growing team.

The new post holder will work to ensure they continue to hold their good CQC rating, review some of their policies and internal processes, and work with care professionals to help improve services.

Apasen is a leading charitable organisation in London that provides social care and community support services to vulnerable people living in East London.

Established in 1984, they provide home care service provision and a wide range of timetabled community activities to meet the needs of their service users.

The post holder will work is to ensure that Charity's quality-assurance standards and procedures are met.

They will be involved in reviewing standards, policies, and procedures, ensure IT compliance, data protection, as well as carry out quality assurance work to evaluate the effectiveness of existing projects.

The post holder will ensure ongoing CQC compliance in line with new monitoring framework, inspect and evaluate procedures and processes, and analyse data, create reports and communicate feedback to management.
