Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading payment provider that operate globally. They are looking to hire an account manager to be based in London or Gibraltar. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing key long lasting relationshipswith your core clients and accounts. You will have payments industry knowledge and will have previously worked in the gaming or gambling space.


Responsibilities and Job Information

  • Understand and appreciate the commercial model of each client within your portfolio
  • Review, and where necessary discuss and renegotiate existing contracts
  • Drive growth from the portfolio and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships within each client
  • Enhance customer engagement, maximise revenue and retention
  • Responsible for raising and managing issues and concerns relating to clients
  • Work alongside the product and marketing teams to deliver a better all round customer offering for customers and merchants
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of the digital payment space as well as the gaming and gambling sectors

Requirements and Application Information

  • You must have experience working in account management, partner relationship or customer success
  • Payments industry experience is required with a preference on expertise involving digital wallets and online payment gateways
  • You will have experience of working directly in the online gaming and gambling space or will have experience of managing clients within this sector
  • To be highly customer focused with experience supporting larger accounts
  • Ability to understand complex pricing and negotiate where required preferred
  • Confident presentation style and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and clients, including presenting draft proposals when required
  • You must be available for travel to meet and network with clients in person.
