Sofas & Stuff is a fabric and sofa premium brand, founded in 2009 and delivering exciting growth, with 23 national showrooms and further planned.

The head office (including showroom) is based in the heart of West Sussex with additional showrooms spread across the South East, South West, Midlands, East of England, and the North West.


This new role in the marketing department is a critical role working alongside our Regional Marketing Manager with clear duties and responsibilities.

It requires a person who is disciplined, organised and creative and who has a good understanding of campaign management.

The right person will support in the development and execution of our regional campaigns and work closely with our showrooms nationwide.

This person will need to be highly customer-centric and understand through-the-line campaigns working with a clear budget and timeline.


What you will do:


  • Manage aspects of our offline marketing, including print management working alongside our design department.
  • Work alongside our creative team and our Regional Marketing Manager to optimise campaigns.
  • Work with our PR agency and assist the PR output, building up our image library and liaising with our Content Editor on the production of engaging and impactful press releases and report evaluation.
  • Research new regional opportunities for grass roots marketing and manage the administrative side of our collaboration working alongside our Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Support the post marketing evaluation work for each campaign working with the wider marketing team.
  • Assist with sourcing, booking, and briefing photo shoots for our shoot team working alongside our marketing team.
  • Stay up to date with current industry strategies and tactics.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on one's own.
  • Discipline, selfmotivation, proactive manner, plus good problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Sound administration and organisation skills.

What you will receive:

- £26,000 to £29,000 per annum

  • Hybrid working with ability to work from home 1 day per week.
  • 2 x Duvet mornings in addition to 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).

What we require:


  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
  • Confident, ambitious and friendly.
