Estimator - Windows & Doors

Location:

Leciester Remuneration:
Starting Pay from £11 p/h

The role of the Estimator:

Estimator position dealing with a high end manufactured range of windows, doors and curtain walling systems into the residential and commercial sectors
Analyse and interpret technical drawings to gain an understanding of the specification
Liaise regularly with design teams and clients to ensure amendments are made where needed
Amending any costs / quotes as required
Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
Providing technical advice around the product range
Inputting all relevant information onto internal database

Prioritising workload to meet deadlines

Experience required:

Experience of using LogiKal
Must have estimating experience working in the windows, doors and curtain walling market sector
Must have a sound understanding of building regulations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player with a positive outlook
Motivated, proactive, and driven individual
Must be commercially aware and cost focused
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
