Looking for the next step in your career within the world of eCommerce?

We're on the lookout for a commercially minded and ambitious individual to lead all aspects of digital commerce.


We are seeking someone who has a proven understanding of B2B customers and sophisticated product portfolios with a willingness to learn more about LGC's markets.

In this role you will be leading the team as part of a broader digital team to accelerate digital revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ecommerce growth strategy, coordinating daytoday operations and encouraging team collaboration.
  • Lead portfolio and content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, integrating acquired products and legacy sites.
  • Improve user experience, optimise checkout, and drive promotional campaigns.
  • Implement ecommerce standard processes, ensuring technology alignment and compliance.
  • Establish scalable processes for automation and future technologies, analysing platform performance.
  • Inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experience across various functions.

Qualifications Experience**Proven experience in B2B eCommerce with strong commercial foresight and knowledge of design, UX, user journey, and personalisation.

Previous experience of leading sophisticated product portfolios and working collaboratively with a matrixed team of project managers, developers, designers, and technologists to deliver customer-centric digital projects

Experience in digital regulations alongside experience in user strategy, experience design, digital acquisition. Strong Google Analytics experience and be able to interpret results and draw commercial conclusions. SAP Commerce Cloud and CRM integration experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong eye for business with a customerfirst attitude, and the skills to be handson.
  • Track record of producing highquality work.
  • A team motivator and influencer at all levels who is also willing to stay curious and adapt quickly to changing commercial realities

Role Dimensions

Travel required:
domestic and international, flexible up to 20%
