Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decisionmaking processes
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files
  • Assist with data entry and management in various HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, etc.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and other HRrelated documents
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvement

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in HR data collection and analysis
  • Proficiency in using HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
