HR Advisor - Aberdeen, United Kingdom - Cammach Bryant
Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decisionmaking processes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files
- Assist with data entry and management in various HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, etc.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and other HRrelated documents
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvement
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in using HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
