This is an initial 12 month contract role in Belfast, working 3 days a week in the office and 2 working from home.
The Travel & Expenses team operates across a range of Markets businesses based within the Europe, Middle East & Africa region.
This is an expanding team which is responsible for a number of critical administrative functions including the facilitation of international travel.
This specific role will involve the daily administration, booking and processing of travel and expenses requests.Through the diligent and timely provision of this administrative function you will ensure our Markets colleagues can conduct international travel in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- The timely and diligent processing of international travel requests. This will include flights, hotel bookings and taxi journeys.
- The collation and submission of posttrip expense reports.
- Acting as a support contact for thirdparty booking providers in order to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Providing guidance and advice to prospective travellers to ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Provide adhoc administrative assistance in support of the wider Belfast Markets team.
Qualifications And Skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a discreet manner.
- Computer literacy experience in using MS Office essential.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Diligent mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Monitor deadlines and unexpected requirement changes.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial.
