Partner level opportunity to join a successful, high growth recruitment business with a global footprint and strong track record in their niche verticals.

You will build a US based team and take ownership of the strategic overview for the Executive Searchfunction with the Insurance market.

Key focus being North America and maximising relationships with multinational organisations.

With an already established client base, you will leverage cross selling opportunities and build on existing relations to generateprofitable business and growth.

This opportunity will ideally suit someone with experience recruiting within the finance industry and a track record of placing business within the insurance market.

In addition to maximising existing relationships, you will use your network and knowledge ofthe Insurance market to hit the ground running and continue the growth trajectory.

You will be able to think creatively and be proactive in approach with the end goal in mind, providing an exceptional recruitment service and ultimately filling key senior appointmentsfor clients.

You will be surrounding yourself with other high performing individuals with a similar mindset and ambition. Entrepreneurial and dynamic people will thrive in this environment.

In return you will receive a basic salary commensurate with experience plus excellent commission structure up to 60%, equity stake with exit plan and benefits package.
