An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join our team based at Waste & Environment Services Malton Depot, Showfield Lane Industrial Estate, Malton, from where a team of operational staff provide a range of key front-line services across the district of Ryedale.


The role


This is a new role in the Waste & Environment Services structure and would suit someone wanting to get into an administrative role just as well as someone with experience in an office environment.

You will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager of Fleet Management Services, this will include; Processing Invoices, Raising orders, updating and assisting with Asset Works (vehicle management software), downloading vehicle tachographs, monthly fuel report and general fleet administration


Given the nature of the role, you will need to be based on site at the Depot to meet operational needs.


What you will bring
To be successful you must have good keyboard skills and experience in word, excel, databases and Outlook.

Excellent communication and customer skills is a must and you must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach.
