Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to be assisting a well-established Law firm in their search for a talented Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join their team in the West Midlands

The company is a fantastic Local Firm who have tremendous benefits as well as a focus on positive social experiences - so would be an excellent place for an experienced Fee Earner

Wills and Probate Fee Earner Responsibilities:

Dealing with a mixed caseload of a variety of Wills and Probate cases
Aiding the Department Head in the promotion of the whole department
Attracting new clients and networking with professionals to build the scope of the Firm
Outstanding client care at all stages of a case
Qualified Fee Earner (Solicitor or CILEX fellow) of at least 2 years
Experience of working in Wills and Probate
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
Capable of handling a varied caseload, ideally with mínimal supervision
