We are actively seeking a Client Engagement Assistant to join our international law firm client, within their Technology Companies Group team who help clients with all aspects of their business plans from financing strategies, protecting intellectual assets and monetizing data.

The role will be supporting 6 Partners and assisting the Client Engagement Coordinator. Responsibilities include;

  • Opening new Clients and Matters
  • Conflict checks, arrange KYC and obtain AML documentation
  • Drafting engagement letters
  • Maintaining records on billing system
  • Working with partners and monitoring billing and ensure overdue WIP is written off
  • Creating and distributing WIP updates to clients
  • Liaising with clients regarding Accounts Receivables on a monthly basis
