About the Role:

Mission:
To build and operate the best back office products Description

Gett is looking for a Head of Product to the Business Ops (BizOps) Products Domain with solid experience in finance and billing systems to lead product development of back office solutions, enabling international expansion.

The domain consists of 3 product teams - Billing, Customer Experience and Payments & Fraud.

Billing: the Client/Supplier billing, transaction support, pricing and reporting experiences that will help our B2B partners and internal departments to achieve the greater efficiency, accuracy and control over ground transportation spends.

Customer Experience: Customer Experience (CExp) is one of the largest departments in Gett, totalling up to hundreds of employees. CExp product team strives to automate the processes to boost Gett unit economics, as well as to deliver frictionless experience to customers, shall any issue occur in any part of the world

Payments & Fraud: Apart from being responsible for all money acquired from corporate and private credit cards, Payments team strives to deliver more flexibility in payment methods to corporate clients, ensure payment regulations compliance in all countries of presence, as well as holding the front against fraudsters.

Gett's Product team advocates for our users and our business customers, setting the vision and driving execution for our product suite.

We use data and research to guide multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal, balancing diverse perspectives and empowering our teams to deliver the best on-demand transportation solution to our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop three topperforming crossfunctional teams of Product Managers and Product Analysts
Own the BizOps products suite endtoend, shaping the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and ensuring we're continuously providing value to delight our customers.
Lead product development of back office solutions, enabling international expansion.
Be an expert on product planning, customer discovery, product development processes, stakeholder management and internal evangelism, so you can inspire and motivate the team
Ensure BizOps products are the bestinclass, and help internal teams at Gett achieve their goals
Grow the team as the need arises, and ensure we have toplevel product team members.
Develop deep expertise of the business ground travel industry, its economics and market dynamics, to drive future innovation at Gett
Contribute to building out the overall product organization at Gett, in collaboration with other Heads of Product in the company.
Collaborate with the commercial, customer experience, and finance teams to create compelling internal tools

Experience:

6+ years' experience as a Product Manager
2+ years of managerial experience in an international environment and across multiple sites
Experience in supporting / developing backoffice billing & payments systems on an International scale
Strong coordination skills, able to initiate, prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously

Experience(advantage):

Experience of integrating back office finance systems with middleware or ERPs
Background in operational finance disciplines AP/AR/GL
Background in International Taxation area
Experience in agile methodology
