- Receiving data CSV files and importing into the Transport Management System
- Planning using Paragon software - working with 200 stores, 100 suppliers and outbases
- Good critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Able to communicate at all levels internally and externally – excellent people skills
- Transport Planning / Scheduling experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of planning principles and experience of Paragon planning software
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and pivot tables
- A strong team player, with an eye for detail and a flexible approach
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK

Monday to Friday weekly rotating 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00 and 14:00-22:00 (flexibility required)
