As Head of Outsourced Maintenance, you will lead the readiness, planning and delivery of a safe punctual and quality Outsourced Maintenance organisation.

Ensuring that our contracted partners maintain statutory airworthiness standards and compliance as well as compliance with Maintenance Policy, Safety Standards, Company Standing Instructions and H & S Legislation

The Role


This is a key operational leadership role, working across our outsourced maintenance stations, so you should love to travel, as you will be helping to set strategic direction and delivery of the Heavy Maintenance business plan.


Leading the readiness, planning and delivery of a safe punctual and quality Outsourced Maintenance organisation, you will be striving to exceed performance targets.


Collaborating with our Engineering planning teams to develop the long-term supplier maintenance strategy balancing quality cost and delivery to exceed performance targets.


You will be responsible for ensuring availability of resources to maximize efficiency whilst delivering the required workload and ensuring compliance with Maintenance Policy, Safety Standards, Company Standing Instructions and H & S Legislation.


In addition, you will play a key role in ensuring that all contracted partners are benchmarked positively against competitors, improving performance and cost year-on-year.


You will motivate and lead a team of colleagues who reflect the many different communities around the world that we serve.
