As a Legal Secretary within their Corporate Department not only will you be part of a formidable team of highly qualified, experienced Legal professionals, you can progress your own career path within the firm.

Goes without saying that if you're a seasoned Legal Secretary we'd like to hear from you but for those having worked as Legal Administration support, now seeking to advance their career, then this could be just the opportunity you've been looking for as this particular role will see you being an integral part across the whole department.

Depending on your experience a salary of £21,000-£24,000 is offered along with a myriad of other benefits, working from the Cheltenham office, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility required of hours worked during busy periods e.g., Year End)

Role Responsibilities

Create/produce pertinent documentation
Responsible for opening of files for the team
Assist in the processing of all financial transactions
Answering and making telephone calls covering and including all departmental queries

What we require from you

A quick 'pick up' of the company's bespoke IT systems (training provided)
A proactive and time sensitive response to queries
Capable of and enjoy working within a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ideally have experience as a Legal Secretary/Medical Secretary or previous Legal administration experience background

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
