Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations for a diverse range of clients
  • Bookkeeping, VAT returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and offering expert advice
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other financial reports
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members, supporting their professional development
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency

Requirements:


  • Partqualified or newly qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK public practice, with a focus on business services
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
  • Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards, VAT regulations, and tax legislation
  • Proficient in using accounting software packages such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive, motivated, and organised approach to work, with strong attention to detail

£26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
