Harland Services are recruiting a new complex care team supporting hospital discharge and the transition from hospital to home.

Harland services is NOT an agency, and you will be employed by Harland Services and all shifts are offered on a rota basis and not adhoc like normal agency practices.
Salary:
£18.00-£20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- CARE: 1 year (preferred)
