Your day to day


We are currently looking for a Senior Learning Design Lead, a global impact role, to be based in our Global Studio in London, UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the business and employee learning needs, the target capabilities, performance outcomes, and identify knowledge or skill gaps
  • Leads the learning design team to design and develop impactful learning experiences and curriculums for global audiences that are contextually relevant, performance focused and learner centric.
  • Leads on setting the standards and practices for learning design within the CoE and encourages their adoption across PMI.
  • Uses data to analyze business and learner needs and trends to identify insights to continuously improve learning design and engagement
  • Stakeholder management building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups
  • Leads as a project manager to build and coordinate endtoend plans for learning design and production adopting an employee centric approach to design.
  • Responsible for project managing the endtoend learning experience design, development and production of diverse learning resources and solutions using internal/external capabilities including vendor management where necessary, keeping multiple projects on track and delivering results
  • Works to promote learning initiatives within PMI to boost engagement, adoption and consumption.
  • Leads on the curation of skillbased learning interventions to ensure the most effective and appropriate content
Who we're looking for

  • Experience working in a crossfunctional team ideally in a complex global matrix organization with globally dispersed teams.
  • Commercially orientated with the ability to constructively challenge and influence and all levels to develop impactfocused relationships with senior leaders and deliver results and business outcomes.
  • Portfolio of experience in Learning & Development, including a passion and experience of designing memorable, effective learning experiences for inperson, online, and hybrid learning delivery methods.
  • Experience in digital and humancentric design principles, using agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Significant experience in curation to locate and synthesize knowledge and provide context to users in a timely and efficient manner to enhance learning.
  • Knowledge of learning analytics and measurement techniques to evaluate the impact of learning solutions.
  • Experience of using learning platforms such as Fuse, Udemy and other learning technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross functional team, with internal and external partners (e.g. SMEs) while being a selfstarter and able to take a lead where necessary
  • A curiosity in learning innovation and a desire to stay up to date on learning trends, tools and technologies and related fields such as talent, leadership, neuroscience etc. to offer best in class user centered learning experiences
