We are currently looking for an experienced
Senior Payroll Technician for a well-established client on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
Duties will include:
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of clients with a junior team member.
- Process the payrolls from start to finish including submitting RTI, setting up BACS and uploading pensions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries.
- Provide a support service to other departments within the company on client payroll and PAYE matters.
- Have a good understanding of Payroll legislation including Statutory payments, IR35, Redundancy.
- Assist with training new team members to the Payroll Solutions team.
- Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.)
You will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a willingness to further develop through formal training and qualifications which can be provided.
