Do you have depth and breadth experience in processing multiple payrolls and looking to join a role in which you can provide support to junior team members?

We are currently looking for an experienced
Senior Payroll Technician for a well-established client on the outskirts of Cheltenham.


Duties will include:


  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of clients with a junior team member.
  • Process the payrolls from start to finish including submitting RTI, setting up BACS and uploading pensions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries.
  • Provide a support service to other departments within the company on client payroll and PAYE matters.
  • Have a good understanding of Payroll legislation including Statutory payments, IR35, Redundancy.
  • Assist with training new team members to the Payroll Solutions team.
  • Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.)
You will have experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and auto enrolment.


You will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a willingness to further develop through formal training and qualifications which can be provided.
