ResiQuest are actively seeking to hire an experienced Property Inventory Clerk, London based. This is a permanent opportunity to join our esteemed property inventory company, characterised by innovation and independence.

As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our success by conducting inventory reports, midterm inspections, and check-out reports for clients in the Real Estate sector across London.

About the Role:

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Inventory Clerk
Proficiency in utilizing InventoryBase Software
Exceptional time management skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Positive and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills
A desire to progress within the company.

What We Offer You:

Base salary of £1,000 p/m
On-Target Earnings ranging from £2,000 p/m (Quiet Months) to £3,500 + (Busy Months)
