Quality Inspectors required for Derby - 12 months plus contract to support new build Train projects - applicants from Rail - Automotive - Aero and or similar - working days 37 hours per week (early finish Friday) working Mornings 06.00hrs to 14.00hrs andafternoons 14.00hrs to 22.00hrs.

average rate across both = £17.84 PAYE (includes 33 days paid hols per year) and £22.81 Umbrella. + overtime rates

If you have worked within Engineering and or Manufacturing and have experience of Quality Inspection and are looking for a new and fresh challenge then this opportunity is worthy of your attention.

Working on new Rail Vehicle inspections prior to their sale / handover to the customer - you will support a very busy facility ensuring that the vehicles are delivered to the very highest standard, undertaking Quality Inspection activities from Goods inwardsto the facility, build / assembly line support to final sale checks.

You will need to have an appreciation of manufacturing / engineering processes, IT literate with an eye for detail, be reliable and focused and used to working in a Health and Safety led function - The facilities are governed against all modern expectationsand standards - You need to be willing to work shifts mornings afternoons and nights.
