Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a family owned Agricultural business, located near Thame, for the recruitment of a Sales Coordinator to join their team.


As a member of the Sales Administration team, this individual will work closely with and provide general administrative support to the Sales Managers.

The key purpose of this role is to help administrative and support each stage of the sales process fromstart to finish.


In brief, the Sales Coordinators responsibilities will include:

  • Processing machinery orders for customers and stock
  • Processing Sales Tickets (CRM)
  • Dealing with and supporting the asset finance functions, including quotations and finance agreements (retail finance, instruction, timing, approval, confirmation) and supporting FCA license
  • Chasing Finance Houses for Pay-Outs
Prior experience of working as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role is ideal.

The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills is key, as is the ability to learn and use newsoftware.


Due to the location of the role and lack of public transport access, the individual will need to be able to commute using their own vehicle.
