Short Term Positon
Hourly Pay - Rate DOE
This position will be based in our Glasgow office.

As a Purchase Ledger Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the purchase ledger for the company, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing invoices and payments using accounting software such as Sage
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with other purchase ledger tasks as required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Officer, Purchase Ledger Specialist, or similar roles
- Proficient in using accounting software, specifically Sage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £13-£15 per hour depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week
