Purchase Ledger Officer
Glasgow
Short Term Positon
Hourly Pay - Rate DOE
This position will be based in our Glasgow office.

As a Purchase Ledger Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the purchase ledger for the company, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Processing invoices and payments using accounting software such as Sage
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with other purchase ledger tasks as required

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Officer, Purchase Ledger Specialist, or similar roles
  • Proficient in using accounting software, specifically Sage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- £13-£15 per hour depending on experience

  • 37.5 hours per week
