Description

Fusion Resources are looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled
Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Scarborough.

Responsibilities:

Conduct/organise property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure they are marketed effectively
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives
Stay uptodate with market trends and property regulations

Experience:

Previous experience in sales negotiation 2 years
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing paperwork and maintaining databases

License/certification:

Driving license - required

Salary:

Between 26k-28k per annum (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
