Are you an experienced sales professional who thrives on the challenge of growing existing portfolios and developing new business?


We have a new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our already successful Sales team and take responsibility developing the sales of our technical dispensing and dosing systems.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate, not only yoursales and client management skills, but also your experience and ability to understand the technical aspects of our products.


Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems.

Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusivedistributors.

Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.


Key areas of responsibility:


  • Grow existing client portfolio by thoroughly understanding their business strategy and objectives.
  • Source new business leads from targeted business segments.
  • Secure business meetings with appropriate personnel and ensure the timely followup of actions.
  • Development of new business (including new products) to agreed annual targets.
  • Tailor and deliver highquality presentations, sales pitches and tender documents.
  • Responsibility for maintaining appropriate gross profit margins for the portfolio.
  • Responsible for achieving agreed sales budgets.
  • Offer technical support and customer training globally.
  • Supporting the NPD programme and becoming a Product Champion on agreed projects.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Ideally experience of working in manufacturing, ideally in dispensing, dosing or pumps.
  • An excellent track record of new business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
