Sacco Mann are working for a qualified Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading restructuring and insolvency team in the vibrant city of Newcastle.

The role would suit a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' experience within restructuring and insolvency, a confident litigator who is highly analytical and possesses strong business development and client relations skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate restructuring, administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide expert advice to clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and insolvency practitioners, to develop and implement effective solutions.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and meetings.
Keep abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments related to restructuring and insolvency.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
