ARK Insolvency are growing and we are looking for the very best Insolvency Advisors in Manchester to join our team.

As a Senior Insolvency Advisor you will be responsible for speaking to customers, discussing their current situation and identifying what is the best solution for their circumstances to help clear their debts as soon as possible.

You'll need a calm and empathetic phone manner, with the ability to explain things clearly to your customers.

About the Role:

• You will be working on warm leads and hotkeys from our Lead Generation team
• Complete and capture a comprehensive assessment of each customers circumstances, giving the correct advice following company policies and procedures alongside all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all notes and comments are recorded effectively and accurately on the necessary systems to abide by regulatory standards
• Proactively manage diaries and appointments so that the customers expectation and regulatory requirements are met
• Basic salary of £28,000 £30,000 dependent on skillset

- £60,000+ OTE as well as daily, weekly and monthly incentives

• Working 1/2 weekends a month
• Regular team activities
