What will you be working on?
As a
Financial Modelling Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating financial forecasts for our clients (including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow metrics, and other key financial projections)

You will work closely with CFO Partners and the wider finance delivery team to understand clients and their business models, on which you will will leverage your expertise to build accurate and user-friendly models.

As part of our efforts to continuously improve our software platform and provide valuable insights to our clients you will collaborate with our Product & Tech team.

Working with them to standardise our financial models and develop generic features that can be easily retooled across different clients will be an important part of the role, increasing over time.

Your primary tasks will include:

Build financial forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow metrics
Develop a standard approach for model development
Developing generic features and functions that can be retooled across clients.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance and refine our software platform
Participating in client meetings to understand their needs and provide financial insights
Contributing to process improvement and suggesting innovative technologies to optimise our setup

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience building user friendly models in Excel/Sheets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Sheets for financial modelling and forecasting
Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles
Passion for connecting Finance and Tech
Education in a numerate field desired e.g Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics etc
