Job Title: Construction Project Manager

A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought by a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Leeds to take on the role of Construction Project Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking career growth and the chance to work on a diverse range of exciting projects across various sectors, including Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial.

Role Overview

The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a collaborative and close-knit team of 30 professionals, comprising Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CDM & Principal Designers, Building Surveyors, and four highly experienced partners actively engaged in project delivery.

The nature of this multidisciplinary team ensures seamless project management, with everything under one roof, streamlining the process exponentially.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects with values typically between £1m and £15m, spanning various sectors.

With a strong pipeline of Retail and Commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, there are numerous opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors
Manage projects independently as a lead but also collaboratively within a team
Confidently navigate all RIBA stages
Maintain a successful track record of running projects

Requirements

A construction-related degree qualification (beneficial)
Previous Project Management experience within UK Consultancy practices
Professional accreditations (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) or committed to achieving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
