Band 4, c. £39.5 & benefits
Shift allowance of 7.5% for weekends on call.
Office based Monday to Friday, up to 1 day a week working from home. On call at weekends.

The role

Manage and deliver near-term demand planning activities in-line with forecasts, to ensure the right number of people are in the right place at the right time to meet variable operational demands.

Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment to daily and weekly forecasting schedules, ensuring that operational teams are consistent in their delivering to the requirements needed.

To support and drive best practice improvements, system development and implementation in collaboration with other in-house teams.

Delivery of optimally staffed resource plans across all operational areas
Compliance with both legislative and local rules and guidelines
Team management
Continuous Improvement delivery plan
Daily and monthly reporting packs
Adhoc project work
Set good examples of leadership

What will make you successful in this role

IT systems proficient particularly Excel
Ability to analyse and interpret data attention to detail is essential
Ability to work collaboratively
Ownership of work tasks and ability to make timely decisions
Passion for working in a customer facing environment
Understanding and commitment to CI principles
Strong leadership & people management skills
