Purpose of the role This role is designed to support the finance team with the delivery of objectives, by gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary.

Key responsibilities of the role To ensure financial information is processed in accordance with procedures and in order to provide information for statutory returns, through completion of own work.

To provide support to the financial accounts team, which is responsible for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Cash Management Functions of the ICB.

To investigate financial enquiries, providing assistance and advice as required.

To ensure that work is completed in line with financial timescales and legal requirements. To input, monitor and check data as required. To work with all team members in the production of information for reporting. To supply relevant information required for financial management, supporting the entire finance department.

To contribute to the production of all reporting. To provide financial and administrative support to all team members to support a range of department initiatives. To undertake validation of NCA charges.
