*In a nutshell*- Iconic, sumptuous, 48 bedroomed independent hotel, with a multiple rosetted 70 cover restaurant and in-house spa, looking for an inspiring Restaurant Manager who has a proven record of maintaining the service standards at rosette level.

*The Role*- Leading and inspiring the Restaurant team to maintain and further the reputation of the restaurant as one of The Lakes's true food destinations

Responsible for the development of all SOPs throughout the restaurant
Recruitment and training for all the Restaurant Team
Implementation of personal development plans for each member of the restaurant team

Strong background in maintaining and improving standards, and an ambition to be the best
Proven record of developing a team
An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
