This well established Group are looking for a *Qualified L3 Nursery Deputy Room Leader* to join their brand new setting in the North London area.

This is a brand new nursery, so ideally you will be based in the preschool room with key children.

Hours are 5 days per week, all year round, 35-40 hours per week on 8am-6pm flexible shifts, please ask.

The nursery has great links to local bus routes and easily accessible via public transport/car from Enfield, Barnet, Cockfosters and Edgware.

Salary offered is between £24,000 and £25,300 pa (depending upon role, experience, qualifications and includes a performance related bonus). _*Starting ASAP.*_

Support with higher level qualification if required
Internal promotional opportunities
NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) *Level 3 or higher
Experience in a Nursery/Early Years setting
Experience of running a preschool room
Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff
