At 3 Butterflies Nursery we seek to create a home-from-home feel.

You can expect a fun and vibrant nursery where children learn politeness and respect for one another, an environment that encourages independence and self-autonomy and where children feel free to navigate themselves in their space.


As a new setting we are currently looking for an
experienced Nursery Practitioners to work with a hands-on Director to develop and manage the delivery of quality childcare provision for local families.

We are looking for someone who is bursting with enthusiasm and great ideas, an exceptional team leader who is able to lead and inspire a future team.


We're looking for someone who thinks creatively and is not afraid to use their initiative to implement exciting learning opportunities that inspire both the children and their team.

To be considered for this role you must hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above.


We are open 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm except for bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.


Requirements:


  • Qualified NVQ 3 or above
  • Significant postqualification experience and relevant supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and hard working.
  • A genuine love of children.
  • Confident communication skills with children and adults.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Achieving and maintaining the highest standards of care
  • Leading and managing the staff team effectively
  • Supporting the management of staff recruitment and retention
  • Manage occupancy levels effectively
  • Ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
  • Develop and maintain our excellent partnerships with parents

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract


Salary:
From £11.44 per hour
