MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE


The Event Co-ordinator is an important role within the Marketing & Event Team (MET) within the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).

The CTP is a partnering agreement between global talent and career experts, Right Management, and the Ministry of Defence.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Events and working closely with colleagues within the MET and across the organisation, you will deliver 10+ outstanding UK events annually, with a focus on a high-quality customer experience.

The Event Co-ordinator must be a highly skilled and organised administrator, with excellent

IT and communication skills, and able to deal with the multiple demands of the role.

Responsible for managing the event communication plan and evaluation and reporting of each event.

This is a pivotal role in the lead up to, and on the day of each event, working closely with the Senior Event Co-ordinator and the wider team.

They should be proactive and people-focused, able to build relationships easily and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and actively participate in all Employment Fairs, delivering events to a high standard and giving a highquality customer experience.
  • Daytoday administration of events across all business areas ensuring work is carried out in a timely manner in line with business processes.
  • Deliver event communications plan, coordinating and sending eshots, including liaison with other departments within CTP.
  • Creation and uploading of eventrelated website content.
  • Creation of postevent analysis and reporting, using feedback from both exhibitors and delegates.
  • Take the lead on postevent meetings to present feedback analysis with event stakeholders and manage list of actions through to completion.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to produce eventrelated marketing materials.
  • Proactively research event ideas and analyse feedback to make proposals to improve events for CTP, exhibitors, and clients.
  • Support with researching and scoping potential event venues, including vendor negotiation.
  • Administrate unsubscribes in collaboration with compliance team.
  • Coordinate and maintain the CTP events calendar.
  • Create and present an end of year Event Analysis Report.
  • Comply with procedures as laid down within the organisation's Business
Management System (BMS).
