Overview
Primary purpose of this position is to manage key menswear accounts from the point of order placement to delivery. You will work very closely with the merchandising manager.


Who You are:

• You are enthusiastic individual.
• You will have strong communication skills
• You are a highly organised, keen learner and selfmotivated able to work to deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
• You will use your own initiative but also able to fit in with a small established team
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Wholesale Merchandising in Apparel.

What You'll Do

• Order Processing
• Communicating effectively with all manufacturing suppliers, giving clear instructions to ensure all samples and bulk are make in accordance with client requirements.
• Managing production Critical path and the garment lifecycle from PO to delivery.
• Familiar with working with a Far East supply base.
• Customer liaison always demonstrating proactive customer service.
• Dealing with approvals, fit comments, sample organisation
• Liaising with forwarders to ensure timely bookings
• Checking all invoices and docs as they arrive and working with the accounts dept to ensure all documents are correct and timely for the end client.
• Liaising with our UK warehouse and stock control
• Any ad hoc Merchandising duties
• Assistance from administrative assistant

You'll Need to have

• Computer Literate
• Advance Excel skills
• A-Level or equivalent education
• Good time management skills

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
