Are you a leader in your field, able to manage a broad team as well as your own network to deliver the best possible outcomes to your clientsand your business alike? If you've answered yes to all the above, then this role we are working as the Director of Executive Compensation will be a perfect fit for yourself.

Our client is one of our top clients, an Insurance Firm based in the heart of London, and this role will beallowing you to lead their Compensation consultancy efforts as they continue to grow this arm of the business across the Financial Services space.

You will be responsible for managing the relationships with partners across the sector to build a strong clientpipeline, leading on projects from the sale stage through to delivery.

As an expert in working within Rewards in both projects as well as the BAU, you will be able to utilise your thorough understanding of leading on the Total Rewards function to create various projects on behalf of the business's clients, supervising and guidingthem over their respective lifecycles.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of Compensation Consultants across various projects with clients in the Financial Services space
  • Executing various projects across clients whilst simultaneously engaging prospective clients to work with the business
  • Working with clients to develop bespoke Rewardsbased programmes, such as incentive development cycles and compensation structures
  • Identifying possible improvement points in current Rewardsbased offerings
