What Are My Working Hours?
As we are a business support team, our core hours are
08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday). Open to discuss flexible working arrangements that are within our core hours. We work in the office on two agreed days. For the remaining three days, we work from home.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration and continuous improvement of Asset Information SharePoint sites
  • Maintenance and creation (when required) of Power Automate workflows
  • Provide support and training to Asset Information users of SharePoint sites
  • Manage user permissions in SharePoint
  • Call allocation and call queue management using ServiceNow. Respond to incidents and requests, provide proactive and reactive support within the SLA for all asset related systems.
  • Provide advice on all aspects of asset management related systems.
  • Accurately record all work undertaken in asset management related systems. Document and share knowledge using Confluence, update work instructions as and when required.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the business to ensure the correct governance and best practices are met and implemented.
  • Be a team player and team organiser (team events/team meetings facetoface or on /MS Teams) and maintain team meetings area in OneNote.

Essential

  • Competent knowledge of SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge/understanding and experience of using Power automate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Desirable

  • Good system network and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt readily to changing work and responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding and experience of Structured Query Language (SQL)
