Maintenance/Handyperson 35-40hrs per week. Mainly Monday to Friday.Wages - Exceeds NMW - depending on experience
Previous experience in Electrics and/or Plumbing essential.
Day to day maintenance of service & gardens, ensure home is kept in a safe manner. Completion of paperwork in a timely manner. Repair fixtures and fittings, painting & decorating.

Car driver/owner preferred.
