What this role is about:

This role will be the leader in our People team; working closely with and reporting into our Head of Strategic Initiatives you will be a key driver into the growth and development of this space here.

Responsible for attracting, retaining and developing the very best people, providing them with an amazing career and experience at Airbox and in turn, doing the best for our customers.

What you'll do:

Be a leading stakeholder in the build and implementation of our Destination for Talent programme
Build a deep understanding of Airbox's business areas; including their goals, challenges, priorities, risks, and opportunities as they relate to People
Grow our talent pipeline ensuring we're attracting, hiring and retaining the best people whilst supporting our business areas with capacity planning to achieve the businesses growth goals
Implement cyclical processes including Employee Engagement, Performance Development and Talent Management across the business; ensuring you always have a pulse on employee needs, gaps, development and sentiment
Support the strategy and implementation of Airbox's early years initiatives
Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Initiatives to maintain and further improve Airbox's culture and employee experience including continuous improvement on our commitment to EDI
Develop our People data to ensure our Executive team are making the right, and most informed decisions for our people
Oversee and support the activities of the HR Administrator
Proven experience in a true business partnering capacity, preferably in Tech
Broad generalist experience, with prior exposure to change management, organisational design and talent management
Excellent coaching skills, with demonstrable experience in coaching Managers and Leaders to build their capabilities and support, guide and develop others
Proven experience in designing and implementing crossfunctional initiatives that are suitable for hybrid teams
Proactively drives for continuous improvement, finding new and innovative ways to improve outcomes for our people and business
Ability to context shift in a fast moving and changeable environment with fantastic organisational skills and an impeccable attention to detail
A selfstarter who loves to work both independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to work autonomously on complex ER cases with limited support
