Role Requirements:

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage data capture to ensure effective customer communication and maximize sales and promotional opportunities in the Parts department.
Ensure Parts Aftersales Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores meet business and manufacturer expectations.
Develop and maximize sales opportunities for parts and accessories.
Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop as needed.

Skills Required:

A genuine passion for motorcycles is a must, as is the ability to deliver results.
Profound technical knowledge of motorcycles and clear communication skills for interaction with both the workshop and customers.
Possess a full motorcycle and driving licence.
