Job description:

Over the course of the week, you will gain an insight into the Treasury and how it works


You could be:

  • Shadowing current HM Treasury officials;
  • Attending seminars and presentations on currents issues that the Treasury is working on;
  • Conducting research into a project of interest to you;
  • Receiving mentoring from Treasury officials;
  • Learning firsthand about future career opportunities within the Treasury.

Applicants from all circumstances, regardless of disability, gender, ethnicity and LGBT+ status are welcomed.

However, family members and close friends of HM Treasury employees are not eligible to apply, as the programme is aimed at those who do not already have connections to HM Treasury.
