Role overview:


Digital and in-person engagements are the key channel through which the Forum drives member engagement, creates new communities and connects members to each other so that they can meet and network, collaborate, receive practical guidance, and do business with one another.


Each year, the Forum produces its flagship event:
DTW-Ignite which is held in Europe and attracts approximately 4,500 attendees and 150+ exhibitors.

Additionally, we also produce a number of other events, including a 1,200-attendee event in Asia, a 1,000-attendee event in Americas, annual member collaboration event delegates), senior executive workshops (different types, ranging in size up to 60 delegates), as well as attending a number of third-party events such as Mobile World Congress.


The Executive Producer reports into the EVP, Events with a dotted line to the Head of Content and Executive Engagement Director.

The Executive Producer is charged with leading the development of the content across our TEN100 executive network and having a clear understanding of the industry and TM Forum's position as an industry leader.

He/she will be required to produce headline conference agendas, alongside devising the strategy for senior leaders across our core events and within the TEN100 through year program.


The Executive Producer oversees all content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive TEN100 advocacy and engagament.

This individual is an expert in all things related to content and community optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.

The position collaborates with the departments of marketing, sales, membership, research and media, collaboration, product, IT and human resources to help define both the community journeys and the relevant personas.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Positive brand and community recognition and consistency across chosen published channels.
  • An increase in defined customer engagement metrics (measured by users taking the desired action i.e. conversions, subscription, purchase, etc.).
  • Website and social media traffic growth.
  • Conversion metrics definition and growth.
  • TEN100 membership and engagement
  • World class headline sessions across our events
  • Customer feedback and survey data.
  • Identifying upsell and crosssell engagement opportunities through content analysis, and deploying content assets for higher conversion rates.
  • Clearly defined persona content journeys specified.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all TEN100 and Headline content is correctly presented and positioned and aligned with the industry/event/community to demonstrate the Forum's position as an industry leader
  • Work closely with operations and event management on delivery through meticulous execution of the conferences/event programs to exceptional customer standards
  • Attend and contribute to monthly organizational content calls
  • Mapping out a TEN100 and Headline content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short
- and long-term, determining which methods work for the community and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.

  • Establish and maintain close workings for community build and audience acquisition.
  • The development of a functional content calendar and playbook throughout the network.
  • Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results.
  • Leveraging market and internal data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate personas that leads to critical behavioral metrics.
  • Conducting periodic competitive audits.
  • Ensuring consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies.

Finance Management:


  • Follows and adheres to purchasing policy. Working closing with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment
