Job Description - Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor
Contracted Hours - From 18 hours

Salary - Competitive rate of pay

This is a full time, permanent position

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for part time customer service attendants, 18 hours per week and a full time supervisor for 37 hours per week
- _Experience in the leisure, retail and hospitality sector would be welcomed._
- _IT literate_
- _Well-presented and professional at all times_
- _Good leadership and communication skills_
- _Friendly and out going_
- _Confident and self-motivated_
- _To work flexible hours on a shift basis_
- _Customer focused with a can-do attitude_

About the role?
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. You must be over 18 years of age to work for us due to gambling legislation.

Your main duties will include:

Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
Handling cash
Key holding responsibilities (opening and closing the venue)
Giving change and calling bingo
Promoting offers, events and other bonuses in store
Serving Customers with refreshments
Keeping the venue clean and tidy
Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under
Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
