Office based role, however after successful completion of probation, a hybrid option will be available

You will be:

Assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions to ensure valid claims are paid quickly
Providing an empathetic approach to all customers
Identifying opportunities to recover money from other insurers and fraudulent claims during initial conversations
Managing own caseload, ensuring claims are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner and your tasks are prioritised appropriately

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable

- Excellent communication skills, spoken, written and verbal

- Resilience, be customer focussed and empathetic

- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and use new systems

- Ability to prioritise cases as well as multitask between calls and file management

Salary:
From £21,500.00 per year
