The post will be located in the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME).

CREME is the leading Centre of its kind; it is committed to the production and promotion of knowledge that is useful to academic and practitioner communities.

CREME is a leading contributor to academic and policy debates on ethnic minority entrepreneurship.

It is at the forefront of new developments in the field, many of which have been instrumental in stimulating practitioner activities.

We are a dynamic, award-winning research centre headed up by Professor Monder Ram OBE DL and have successfully built up an enviable reputation regionally, nationally, and internationally for our pioneering research and business engagement activities, promoting diversity and enterprise.


The impact fellow will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to, developing and leading research activities on ethnic minority entrepreneurship
  • Research translation, largely comprising the integration of CREME's research outputs and activities into innovative teaching materials and resources Aston Business School
  • Linking students to CREME's regional stakeholders
