Recruitment Consultant 360

Location:
Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom (Fully remote)

Job Type:
Full-time

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as this is Remote working
Sales Motivated
Ability to grow your own client base
Be fully flexible to work on call depending on clients our needs

Standard hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay will be dependent on Experience
