Hobson Prior are looking for a PV Process Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:


  • For this position, you will collaborate with the organisational readiness vendor to guarantee operational efficiency and compliance in the future organisation as well as assist the establishment of the future local safety organisation.
  • Offer leadership and assistance to crucial shareholders, which involves local safety units in acknowledging concerns linked to compliance and OCMS procedures.
  • Assist the OCMS functions and crucial shareholders in necessary examinations of current procedures to recognise areas for improvement and recognition of interdependencies between functional procedures.
  • Recognise improvements and effectiveness that could be executed throughout the consumer PV system separation from the company and work with the vendor and functional associates to guarantee efficient execution.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:


  • Educated to a degree level in a life science, pharmacy or medical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience within a similar field and role.
  • Knowhow of EU and UK PV legislation and direction which involves Cosmetovigilance and materiovigilance.
  • Acquaintance with PV tasks with a comprehension of the complexities of the PV system.
  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance procedures development and compliance supervising.
  • Obtained postgraduate training with past involvement in PV system auditing, CAPA management and compliance risk management would be advantageous.
  • People management skills and experience.
  • Previous involvement working within a relevant organisation or the main health authority within the EEA, UK, industry associate in a regulatory role would be ideal but is not necessary for the role.
